  9. 9. Warm up the cream and the milk.
  10. 10. Stir the warm cream and milk mixture into the potatoes.
  11. 11. Season the mash with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  12. 12. Peel the pear.
  13. 13. Halve the pear.
  14. 14. Remove the core of the pear.
  15. 15. Cut the pear into small cubes.
  16. 16. Melt the butter in a pan until it foams.
  17. 17. Add the pine nuts and the pear cubes to the pan.
  18. 18. Sprinkle the mixture with sugar.
  19. 19. Fry everything until golden yellow while stirring constantly.
