  4. 4. Cut the cooled potatoes in half lengthwise.

  6. 6. Boil the beans in salted water for about 8 minutes until al dente.
  7. 7. Shock the beans with cold water.
  8. 8. Let the beans drain well.
  9. 9. Dice the bacon into small pieces.
  10. 10. Trim and wash the spring onions.
  11. 11. Cut the spring onions into pieces about 4 centimeters long.
  12. 12. Peel the garlic.
  13. 13. Slice the garlic.
  14. 14. Wash the herbs and shake them dry.
  15. 15. Finely chop the herbs.
  16. 16. Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
  17. 17. Fry the potato halves over low heat for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  18. 18. Add the bacon, spring onions, and garlic to the pan.
  19. 19. Season everything with salt and pepper.
  20. 20. Fry the mixture for about 8 more minutes, stirring occasionally.
