  2. 2. Place the potatoes in a pot with salted water.
  3. 3. Cook the potatoes for about 20 minutes until they are tender.
  4. 4. Heat some oil in a frying pan.
  5. 5. Fry the chorizo sausage slowly in the hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. 6. Drain the cooked potatoes.
  7. 7. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise.
  8. 8. Fry the potato halves together with the sausage in the pan for 2 to 3 minutes.
  9. 9. Finely chop the parsley and stir it into the potatoes.
