🍽️ Crispy Potatoes with Spicy Chorizo

Ingredients
- 1 kg small, new potatoes
- salt
- 250 g chorizo
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Place the potatoes in a pot with salted water.
- 3. Cook the potatoes for about 20 minutes until they are tender.
- 4. Heat some oil in a frying pan.
- 5. Fry the chorizo sausage slowly in the hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes.
- 6. Drain the cooked potatoes.
- 7. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise.
- 8. Fry the potato halves together with the sausage in the pan for 2 to 3 minutes.
- 9. Finely chop the parsley and stir it into the potatoes.
- 10. Season the dish to taste with salt and pepper.
- 11. Serve the potatoes with chorizo immediately while hot.
