Ingredients
- 500 g Quark (20% fat)
- 1 bunch chives
- 125 ml whipping cream
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 untreated lemon (use 2 tsp grated lemon zest)
- 1.2 kg young potatoes
Instructions
- 1. Whip the cream until stiff. Wash the chives and cut them into small rings. Mix quark, whipped cream, chives, salt, pepper, and lemon zest. Chill the mixture and let it sit for about 30 minutes.
- 2. Meanwhile, scrub the potatoes thoroughly under running water. Boil them in salted water for about 25 minutes. Drain them and serve with the quark dip.
