🍽️ Potatoes with Herb Quark

Ingredients
- 500 g small waxy potatoes
- 300 g quark
- 80 g sour cream
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp chive rings
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- edible flowers (e.g. cress flowers, herb flowers, sage...)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and scrub them clean. Place them in a pot, cover with salted water, and cook them covered for about 25 minutes.
- 2. Mix the quark with the sour cream. Season the mixture with salt and pepper and stir in the fresh herbs.
- 3. Drain the potatoes. Peel them if you like and serve them together with the herb quark. Garnish the dish with edible flowers.
