  3. 3. Peel the onions and slice them into thin rings.
  4. 4. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
  5. 5. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  6. 6. Spread the potato wedges evenly on the tray.
  7. 7. Sprinkle sea salt over the potatoes.
  8. 8. Distribute the onion rings and herbs evenly over the potatoes.
  9. 9. Drizzle everything generously with olive oil.
  10. 10. Place the potatoes in the preheated oven.
  11. 11. Bake them for 35 to 40 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.
  12. 12. Peel the garlic cloves while the potatoes are baking.
  13. 13. Press the garlic through a garlic press into a small bowl.
