  12. 12. Peel the garlic.
  13. 13. Finely dice the onion and garlic.
  14. 14. Wash the chili pepper.
  15. 15. Halve the chili pepper.
  16. 16. Remove the seeds and the inside.
  17. 17. Chop the chili pepper finely.
  18. 18. Heat oil in a pan.
  19. 19. Sauté the onion, garlic, and chili for about 2 minutes.
