🍽️ Crispy Oven Potatoes with Thyme

Ingredients
- 500 g small potatoes (preferably new potatoes)
- 1.5 tbsp rapeseed oil
- salt
- pepper
- 5 sprigs fresh thyme
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the potatoes under running water and scrub them clean with a brush.
- 2. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise.
- 3. Pour the oil into a small bowl.
- 4. Season the oil with salt and pepper and stir well.
- 5. Wash the thyme sprigs and shake off excess water.
- 6. Cut the thyme sprigs into pieces about 2 to 3 centimeters long using scissors.
- 7. Brush the cut surfaces of the potato halves with the seasoned oil.
- 8. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet with the cut side facing down.
- 9. Place a small piece of thyme under each potato half.
- 10. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (180 degrees for fan-assisted or gas mark 3).
- 11. Place the tray on the middle rack in the oven.
- 12. Bake the potatoes for 30 to 35 minutes.
