  2. 2. Cut the meat into strips, removing any excess fat beforehand if necessary.
  3. 3. Peel the onions, halve them, and slice them into strips as well.
  4. 4. Heat ghee (clarified butter) in a large frying pan.
  5. 5. Fry the potato slices for 4 to 5 minutes until lightly golden brown.
  6. 6. Turn the potatoes as little as possible so they color evenly.
  7. 7. Add the onion strips to the pan and fry everything for another 5 minutes.
  8. 8. Add the meat and marjoram, then fry the mixture for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown.
  9. 9. Fold in the chopped parsley to the finished pan mixture.
  10. 10. Season the dish to taste with salt, pepper, and cumin, then serve.
