Ingredients
- 16 potato pancakes (frozen, for the oven)
- 1 bunch arugula
- 8 slices Parma ham
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Place the potato patties side by side on a baking sheet.
- 3. Bake the patties for 10 minutes in the hot oven.
- 4. Turn the patties over once.
- 5. Bake them for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
- 6. Wash the arugula under cold water.
- 7. Remove any wilted leaves or damaged parts.
- 8. Shake the arugula dry.
- 9. Tear the arugula leaves into small pieces.
- 10. Top the finished potato patties with Parma ham.
- 11. Add the chopped arugula on top.
- 12. Serve the patties immediately.
