  6. 6. Add flour and eggs to the potato mixture.
  7. 7. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
  8. 8. Season the dough with salt and pepper.
  9. 9. Peel the shallot and chop it finely.
  10. 10. Sauté the shallot in hot butter until translucent.
  11. 11. Mix the shallot with the bacon cubes, the minced meat, and the breadcrumbs.

  13. 13. Take dough portions about the size of a tennis ball.
