🍽️ Creamy Potato Gratin with Smoked Tofu

Ingredients
- 800 g potatoes
- salt
- 300 g smoked tofu
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 2 onions
- 400 g whipping cream
- 4 eggs
- pepper
- nutmeg
- butter (for the dish)
- 100 g lamb's lettuce
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp white balsamic cream
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly.
- 3. Cook the potato slices in plenty of salted water for 10 minutes.
- 4. Drain the water and let the potatoes drain well.
- 5. Cut the tofu into small cubes.
- 6. Clean the spring onions and cut them diagonally into thin rings.
- 7. Peel the onions and dice them into small cubes.
- 8. Whisk the cream and eggs together in a bowl.
- 9. Season the cream and egg mixture with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- 10. Add the drained potatoes, tofu, onions, and spring onions to the cream mixture.
- 11. Mix all ingredients well so they are evenly coated.
- 12. Transfer the mixture into a buttered baking dish.
- 13. Bake the gratin in the oven for about 40 minutes.
- 14. Wash the corn salad and shake it dry.
- 15. Halve the washed and dried tomatoes.
- 16. Place the salad in a bowl.
- 17. Drizzle the salad with balsamic cream and oil.
