Ingredients
- 700 g cooked potatoes
- 1 radicchio
- 200 g pickled pearl onions (from the jar)
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 0.5 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 100 g sour cream
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- 1. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
- 2. Drain the pearl onions well.
- 3. Separate the radicchio into individual leaves.
- 4. Wash the leaves thoroughly.
- 5. Dry the leaves in a salad spinner.
- 6. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- 7. Whisk the vinegar with salt, pepper, and sugar.
- 8. Stir the oil into the vinegar mixture.
- 9. Fold the sour cream into the dressing sauce.
- 10. Season the sauce to taste with the spices.
- 11. Take one tablespoon of parsley and stir it in.
- 12. Mix the potatoes and pearl onions with the sauce.
- 13. Place the salad with the radicchio into a bowl.
- 14. Sprinkle the finished salad with fresh parsley.
- 15. Now serve the salad.
