🍽️ Crispy Oven Potato Wedges

Ingredients
- 600 g waxy potatoes
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika powder
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- 2 tbsp olive oil (20 g each)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the potatoes into thick wedges.
- 3. Season the wedges with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
- 4. Toss the potatoes well so they are evenly seasoned.
- 5. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 6. Spread the potato wedges on the tray.
- 7. Wash the rosemary and shake it dry.
- 8. Pluck the needles off the rosemary sprig.
- 9. Sprinkle the rosemary needles over the potatoes.
- 10. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (convection 180 °C or gas mark 3).
- 11. Drizzle the potatoes with a little oil.
- 12. Place the tray in the preheated oven.
- 13. Bake the wedges for 15 minutes.
- 14. Turn the potatoes once.
- 15. Bake them for another 15 to 20 minutes until done.
- 16. Remove the finished wedges from the oven.
- 17. Serve them best in a paper bag.
