🍽️ Potato Tomato Gratin with Arugula

Ingredients
- 800 g potato
- 1 stalk leek
- 5 tomato
- 300 g whipping cream
- 1 egg (L)
- 3 tbsp parmesan
- salt
- pepper (freshly ground)
- nutmeg (freshly grated)
- 2 tbsp parsley (finely chopped)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius fan-forced.
- 2. Peel the potatoes and slice them into thick rounds.
- 3. Wash the leek, trim the hard ends, and slice it.
- 4. Wash the tomatoes and slice them as well.
- 5. Arrange the potatoes, leek, and tomatoes in an overlapping pattern in a baking dish.
- 6. Whisk together the cream, egg, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and nutmeg vigorously.
- 7. Pour the mixture over the vegetables in the baking dish.
- 8. Place the baking dish in the hot oven.
- 9. Bake the gratin for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
- 10. Sprinkle the finished dish with parsley and serve it hot.
