  3. 3. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  4. 4. Add the potato sticks to the boiling water.
  5. 5. Cook the sticks for 6 to 8 minutes.
  6. 6. Drain the water and let the sticks drain well.
  7. 7. Gently dry the sticks with kitchen paper.
  8. 8. Lightly dust the dry sticks with flour.
  9. 9. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan to 170 degrees Celsius.
  10. 10. Fry the potato sticks for 3 to 4 minutes until golden yellow.
  11. 11. Remove the sticks from the oil and let them drain on kitchen paper.
  12. 12. Season the hot sticks with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
  13. 13. Serve the sticks hot with your favorite dip or ketchup.
