  1. 1. Thoroughly wash the potatoes under running water.
  2. 2. Bring water to a boil and add some salt.
  3. 3. Add the potatoes to the boiling salted water.
  4. 4. Cook the potatoes for about 25 minutes until tender.
  5. 5. Wash the radishes under running water.
  6. 6. Remove the tough stems and root tips from the radishes.
  7. 7. Cut the radishes into small pieces.
  8. 8. Rinse the chives briefly.
  9. 9. Shake the chives dry.
  10. 10. Cut the chives into fine rings.
  11. 11. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, and yogurt in a bowl.
  12. 12. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  13. 13. Add a splash of lemon juice to the sauce.
  14. 14. Drain the cooked potatoes.
  15. 15. Let the potatoes steam dry.
  16. 16. Let the potatoes cool down to lukewarm.
  17. 17. Cut the cooled potatoes into quarters.
  18. 18. Mix the potato quarters with the radishes.
  19. 19. Add the chopped chives to the salad.
