🍽️ Creamy Mash of Potatoes, Parsnips, and Meat

Ingredients
- 80 g potatoes (1 potato)
- 100 g parsnips
- 25 g lean turkey meat
- 1.5 tbsp apple juice
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes and the parsnips thoroughly.
- 2. Peel the potatoes and the parsnips.
- 3. Cut the vegetables into small cubes.
- 4. Rinse the meat under running water.
- 5. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 6. Cut the meat into thin strips.
- 7. Place the potato cubes, parsnip pieces, and meat strips into a small pot.
- 8. Pour 100 milliliters of water into the pot.
- 9. Bring the contents of the pot to a boil.
- 10. Reduce the heat to a low setting.
- 11. Cover the pot with a lid.
- 12. Let the mash simmer for about 15 minutes.
- 13. Remove the pot from the stove.
- 14. Pour the apple juice into the pot.
- 15. Puree the mixture finely with a hand blender.
- 16. Stir the oil into the mash.
- 17. Let the mash cool down briefly.
- 18. Feed the baby with the finished mash.
