🍽️ Potato-Carrier Mash

Ingredients
- 600 g Carrots
- 600 g starchy potatoes
- Salt
- 200 ml Milk (3.5% fat)
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 drop Lemon juice
- Nutmeg
- Pepper
- 1 handful Parsley
Instructions
- 1. Peel the carrots, wash them, and cut them into large chunks. Peel the potatoes, wash them too, and cut them into large chunks. Put everything in a pot, cover with salted water, and bring to a boil. Cover and cook over medium heat for 20 to 25 minutes.
- 2. Drain the carrots and potatoes well and return them to the pot. Add milk and butter, then mash everything smooth with a potato masher. Season with lemon juice, a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Wash the parsley, shake it dry, and chop the leaves finely. Divide the potato-carrot mash onto four plates and serve it sprinkled with the chopped parsley.
