🥤 Fresh Juice from Potatoes and Carrots

Ingredients
- 200 g potatoes (2 potatoes)
- 250 g radish (1 piece)
- 200 g carrots (2 carrots)
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes.
- 2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
- 3. Cut the potatoes in half.
- 4. Wash the radish under running water.
- 5. Dry the radish with a cloth.
- 6. Remove the tough parts of the radish.
- 7. Cut two thick slices from the radish.
- 8. Roughly chop the remaining radish.
- 9. Cut the radish slices into strips or cubes.
- 10. Wash the carrots.
- 11. Remove the ends and dirt from the carrots.
- 12. Peel the carrots thinly.
- 13. Put the potatoes, carrots, and rough radish pieces into the juicer.
- 14. Juice the vegetables.
- 15. Pour the juice into a glass.
- 16. Stir rapeseed oil into the juice.
- 17. Garnish the juice with the radish strips or cubes.
