  7. 7. Remove thick beans and peas from the pods.
  8. 8. Rinse the beans and peas under cold water.
  9. 9. Boil the green beans for 3 minutes in boiling salted water.
  10. 10. Add the thick beans and peas.
  11. 11. Cook the vegetables for another 5 minutes.
  12. 12. Pour the vegetables into a colander.
  13. 13. Pour cold water over the vegetables.
  14. 14. Let the vegetables drain well.
  15. 15. Mix vinegar and lemon juice.
  16. 16. Stir in honey, salt, and pepper.
  17. 17. Add the oil.
  18. 18. Wash the mint.
  19. 19. Dry the mint.
