  2. 2. Dissolve the yeast with a small splash of water.
  3. 3. Stir two tablespoons of flour into the yeast mixture.
  4. 4. Let the mixture rest covered for about 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Pour the remaining flour onto a clean work surface.
  6. 6. Press a small well into the center of the flour mound.
  7. 7. Place the prepared yeast starter into the well.
  8. 8. Add a pinch of salt, the oil, and the remaining water.
  9. 9. Knead everything thoroughly until you have a smooth dough.
  10. 10. Press the cooked potatoes through a potato ricer.
  11. 11. Knead the mashed potatoes directly into the dough.
  12. 12. If the dough seems too dry, knein in a little more water.
  13. 13. Place the finished dough into a clean bowl.
  14. 14. Cover the bowl and place it in a warm spot.
  15. 15. Let the dough rise for at least one hour.
  16. 16. Wait until the volume of the dough has doubled.
  17. 17. Sprinkle some flour onto the work surface.
  18. 18. Knead the risen dough vigorously there.
  19. 19. Grease a loaf pan with some fat.
  20. 20. Place the dough into the prepared pan.
  21. 21. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  22. 22. Put the bread into the preheated oven.
  23. 23. Bake the bread for about 25 to 30 minutes.
