  5. 5. Immediately rinse the potatoes under cold running water to stop the cooking process.
  6. 6. Peel the cooled potatoes.
  7. 7. Press the still warm potatoes through a potato ricer into a large bowl.
  8. 8. Add both types of flour and half a teaspoon of salt to the potatoes.
  9. 9. Roughly mix the ingredients with a fork.
  10. 10. Press a well into the center of the potato mixture.
  11. 11. Crumble the yeast with your fingers directly into the well.
  12. 12. Pour 150 milliliters of lukewarm water over the yeast and the mixture.
  13. 13. Knead the dough until smooth using the dough hooks of a hand mixer.
  14. 14. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour.
  15. 15. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel.
  16. 16. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  17. 17. Cut the bell peppers into quarters.
  18. 18. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper quarters.
  19. 19. Wash the seeded pepper pieces.
  20. 20. Cut the peppers into thin strips.
  21. 21. Mix cream cheese and ajwar in a small bowl.
  22. 22. Place a piece of baking paper on your work surface.
  23. 23. Lightly dust the baking paper with flour.
  24. 24. Roll out the pizza dough on the baking paper.
  25. 25. Transfer the dough with the baking paper onto a baking tray.
