  2. 2. Peel the potatoes if you like and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  3. 3. Slice the chorizo sausage.
  4. 4. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the sausage slices for 1 to 2 minutes over high heat.
  5. 5. Add the potato pieces and fry them together for 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. 6. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl.
  7. 7. Stir the cream into the eggs.
  8. 8. Chop the rosemary and add it to the egg mixture.
  9. 9. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and a pinch of ground nutmeg.
  10. 10. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the potatoes and sausage in the pan.
  11. 11. Place the pan in the preheated oven.
  12. 12. Bake the frittata for about 20 minutes until it is golden brown and cooked through.
  13. 13. Sprinkle the finished frittata with fresh parsley.
