  3. 3. Cut the potatoes, carrots, and kohlrabi into small cubes.
  4. 4. Wash the celery.
  5. 5. Remove the tough ends and leaves from the celery.
  6. 6. Slice the celery into thin rings.
  7. 7. Peel the onion.
  8. 8. Dice the onion finely.
  9. 9. Heat some oil in a large pot.
  10. 10. Add the diced onion to the hot oil.
  11. 11. Sauté the onion until translucent and soft.
  12. 12. Add the cut vegetables (potatoes, carrots, kohlrabi, celery) to the pot.
