🍽️ Fresh salad with steamed salmon and beans

Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce
- 250 g beans
- salt
- 4 tomatoes
- 500 g potatoes
- 4 anchovies (in oil)
- 500 g salmon fillet

- 2 garlic cloves (peeled, large cloves sliced into strips)

Instructions
- 1. Rinse the beans under running water.
- 2. Trim the hard ends off the beans.
- 3. Bring plenty of water to a boil with salt.
- 4. Cook the beans in it for about 8 minutes.
- 5. Shock the beans immediately with cold water.
- 6. Let the beans drain well.
- 7. Wash the salad thoroughly.
- 8. Spin the salad dry.
- 9. Tear the salad into bite-sized pieces.
- 10. Divide the salmon into suitable portion pieces.
- 11. Drizzle the salmon with lemon juice.
- 12. Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
- 13. Place the salmon in a steamer insert.
- 14. Fill a suitable pot with about 1.5 cm of water.
- 15. Bring the water in the pot to a boil.
- 16. Place the steamer insert with the salmon into the pot.
- 17. Steam the salmon covered for about 8 minutes.
- 18. Cut the potatoes into wedges.
- 19. Take a large bowl.
- 20. Add all salad ingredients except the salmon to the bowl.
- 21. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan.
- 22. Sauté the garlic in the oil.
- 23. Let the garlic-oil mixture cool down.
- 24. Mix the remaining ingredients for the vinaigrette (briefly: a sauce made of oil and acid).
- 25. Add the cooled garlic-oil to the vinaigrette.
- 26. Mix the vinaigrette with the salad.
- 27. Distribute the salad onto plates.
- 28. Place the steamed salmon next to it.
- 29. Garnish the dish with dill.
- 30. Serve the salad.
