  7. 7. Wash the salad thoroughly.

  9. 9. Tear the salad into bite-sized pieces.
  10. 10. Divide the salmon into suitable portion pieces.
  11. 11. Drizzle the salmon with lemon juice.
  12. 12. Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
  13. 13. Place the salmon in a steamer insert.
  14. 14. Fill a suitable pot with about 1.5 cm of water.
  15. 15. Bring the water in the pot to a boil.
  16. 16. Place the steamer insert with the salmon into the pot.
  17. 17. Steam the salmon covered for about 8 minutes.
  18. 18. Cut the potatoes into wedges.
  19. 19. Take a large bowl.
  20. 20. Add all salad ingredients except the salmon to the bowl.
  21. 21. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan.
  22. 22. Sauté the garlic in the oil.
  23. 23. Let the garlic-oil mixture cool down.
  24. 24. Mix the remaining ingredients for the vinaigrette (briefly: a sauce made of oil and acid).
  25. 25. Add the cooled garlic-oil to the vinaigrette.

  27. 27. Distribute the salad onto plates.

  29. 29. Garnish the dish with dill.
