  9. 9. Cut the bacon into bite-sized cubes.
  10. 10. Whisk the cooking cream with the egg.
  11. 11. Add 6 tablespoons of grated cheese to the cream-egg mixture.
  12. 12. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  13. 13. Stir a spoonful of mustard into the sauce.
  14. 14. Place the peeled potatoes, apple slices, and spring onions on a baking sheet.
