  5. 5. Roll the cutlets in flour until they are lightly coated.
  6. 6. Whisk the eggs in a deep plate.
  7. 7. Dip the floured cutlets into the egg mixture.
  8. 8. Cover the fish completely with breadcrumbs.
  9. 9. Heat ghee (clarified butter) in a large frying pan.
  10. 10. Fry the carp cutlets for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  11. 11. Turn the cutlets 2-3 times while frying.
  12. 12. Pour the hot ghee over the fish repeatedly.
  13. 13. Let the finished cutlets drain on kitchen paper.
  14. 14. Serve the carp cutlets on a bed of parsley.
