  2. 2. Cut the fish into four equal pieces using a sharp knife.
  3. 3. Drizzle lemon juice into the belly cavity of the fish pieces.
  4. 4. Season the fish with salt.
  5. 5. Heat ghee (clarified butter) in a non-stick pan.
  6. 6. Fry the carp pieces on both sides for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown.
  7. 7. Remove the fried fish pieces from the pan and set them aside.
  8. 8. Heat butter in a second, clean pan.
  9. 9. Add the sliced almonds to the hot butter.
  10. 10. Toast the almonds for 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
  11. 11. Stir the honey into the almond-butter mixture.
  12. 12. Place the prepared carp pieces into the pan.
  13. 13. Remove the pan from the heat source.
  14. 14. Cover the pan with a lid.
  15. 15. Let the fish steep in the warm sauce for 5 minutes.
  16. 16. Serve the dish immediately while warm.
