Ingredients
- 400 g carrots
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the carrots.
- 2. Grate the peeled carrots coarsely.
- 3. Peel the ginger.
- 4. Peel the garlic clove.
- 5. Grate the ginger and garlic clove very finely.
- 6. Place the grated ginger and garlic in a small bowl.
- 7. Add the soy sauce and oil to the bowl.
- 8. Whisk the ingredients for the dressing well together.
- 9. Season the dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
- 10. Add the grated carrots to the dressing mixture.
- 11. Mix everything well until the carrots are evenly coated.
- 12. Let the salad marinate for 10 minutes before serving.
