  9. 9. Let the jam bubble and cook for 4 minutes.
  10. 10. Fill the hot jam into well-rinsed jars.
  11. 11. Seal the jars tightly.
  12. 12. Turn the jars upside down for about 10 minutes.
  13. 13. Let the jars cool down.
  14. 14. Place the jars upright again.
  15. 15. Let the jam cool completely.
  16. 16. Store the jam in a cool and dark place.
