🍰 Crunchy Caramel Rice Crispies

Ingredients
- 30 g Butter
- 80 g Honey
- 100 g Puffed rice (ready-made product)
- 0.25 tsp Cinnamon
- 100 g Whipping cream
- Paper molds
Instructions
- 1. Put the butter, honey, and cream into a saucepan.
- 2. Heat the mixture while stirring constantly until it begins to simmer.
- 3. Continue to simmer the caramel mixture until it becomes thicker.
- 4. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
- 5. Stir the rice crispies and cinnamon into the warm caramel mixture.
- 6. Take a spoon and fill the mixture into the paper molds.
- 7. Let the filled molds dry in the air until the caramel sets.
