🍰 Caramelized Apple Wedges

Ingredients
- 500 g Apples
- 3 tbsp Raisins
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 40 ml Calvados
Instructions
- 1. Soak the raisins in a small bowl of lukewarm water to soften them.
- 2. Peel the apples, cut them into quarters, and remove the core. Then slice the pieces into even wedges.
- 3. Heat the butter in a pan and briefly fry the apple wedges. Sprinkle the sugar over them and let it caramelize, turning the apples carefully. Add the drained raisins and Calvados, and continue frying until the liquid has almost completely evaporated.
