  2. 2. Set aside one tablespoon of the capers.
  3. 3. Finely chop the remaining capers.
  4. 4. Peel the garlic clove.
  5. 5. Press the garlic through a garlic press.
  6. 6. Add the mascarpone, ricotta, and cream to a bowl.
  7. 7. Add the pressed garlic.
  8. 8. Stir the mixture well until it is creamy.
  9. 9. Fold the finely chopped capers into the cream.
  10. 10. Season the cream with a pinch of salt.
  11. 11. Add some pepper.
  12. 12. Add a small splash of lemon juice.
  13. 13. Spoon the finished cream into small bowls.
  14. 14. Sprinkle the reserved capers on top of the dips.
  15. 15. Serve the dip immediately.
