🍽️ Creamy Capern Dip with Ricotta and Mascarpone

Ingredients
- 6 tbsp Capers (jar)
- 1 clove garlic
- 100 g Mascarpone
- 100 g Ricotta
- 3 tbsp Whipping cream
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- Lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Place the capers in a sieve and let them drain well.
- 2. Set aside one tablespoon of the capers.
- 3. Finely chop the remaining capers.
- 4. Peel the garlic clove.
- 5. Press the garlic through a garlic press.
- 6. Add the mascarpone, ricotta, and cream to a bowl.
- 7. Add the pressed garlic.
- 8. Stir the mixture well until it is creamy.
- 9. Fold the finely chopped capers into the cream.
- 10. Season the cream with a pinch of salt.
- 11. Add some pepper.
- 12. Add a small splash of lemon juice.
- 13. Spoon the finished cream into small bowls.
- 14. Sprinkle the reserved capers on top of the dips.
- 15. Serve the dip immediately.
