Ingredients
- 1 shallot
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp capers (from the jar)
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp whipping cream
- 1 tbsp finely diced red bell peppers
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel the shallot and the garlic.
- 2. Drain the capers in a sieve.
- 3. Finely chop the shallot, garlic, capers, and thyme together.
- 4. Add lemon juice, vinegar, oil, cream, and the paprika cubes to the bowl.
- 5. Stir everything well until creamy.
- 6. Finally, season the dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
