  1. 1. Peel the onions and chop them very finely.
  2. 2. Remove the stems and the inside of the chili peppers.
  3. 3. Cut the chili peppers lengthwise and slice them into rings.
  4. 4. Peel the carrots and cut them into small cubes.
  5. 5. Rinse the beans thoroughly.
  6. 6. Remove the tough ends of the beans.
  7. 7. Cut the beans into small pieces.
  8. 8. Divide the rabbit meat into eight equal pieces.
  9. 9. Heat ghee in a large frying pan.
  10. 10. Fry the rabbit pieces on all sides until well browned.
  11. 11. Remove the meat pieces from the pan and set them aside.
  12. 12. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
  13. 13. Heat olive oil in a large pot.
  14. 14. Sauté the onions in it until they are soft and translucent.
  15. 15. Stir the honey into the onions.
  16. 16. Deglaze the mixture with the wine.
  17. 17. Add the prepared vegetables to the pot.
  18. 18. Let the vegetables simmer gently for five minutes.
  19. 19. Season the vegetable mixture with salt and pepper.
  20. 20. Place the rabbit pieces back into the pot.
  21. 21. Add bay leaves and rosemary sprigs.
  22. 22. Cover the pot with a lid.
  23. 23. Let the stew simmer gently over medium heat for about 40 minutes.
  24. 24. Sprinkle the finished dish with fresh parsley.
  25. 25. Serve the stew hot together with ciabatta bread.
