  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Separate the rabbit legs from the body.
  3. 3. Cut the ribs off the back with kitchen shears.
  4. 4. Divide the rabbit back into four to five pieces.
  5. 5. Cut through the hind legs at the knee joint.
  6. 6. Brush all meat pieces with the melted butter.
  7. 7. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
  8. 8. Place the meat pieces on a baking sheet.
  9. 9. Sprinkle herbs over the meat.
  10. 10. Bake the meat in the hot oven for about 35 minutes.
  11. 11. Peel the pears.
  12. 12. Halve the pears.
  13. 13. Remove the core from the pear halves.
  14. 14. Cut the pears into wedges.
  15. 15. Heat a grill pan.
  16. 16. Fry the pear wedges on both sides.
  17. 17. Cook the pears until they have grill marks.
  18. 18. Arrange the rabbit and pears on a plate.
  19. 19. Garnish the dish with fresh arugula leaves.
  20. 20. Serve Greek yogurt as a dip alongside.
