🍰 Kalter Dog with Premium Dark Chocolate

Ingredients
- 200 g Premium dark chocolate (with chopped almonds)
- 180 g Coconut oil
- 2 Eggs
- 150 g Sugar
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 75 g Cocoa powder
- 150 g Butter cookies
- 2 tbsp Almond flakes
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the chocolate.
- 2. Cut the coconut fat into small pieces.
- 3. Place the chocolate and coconut fat in a bowl.
- 4. Melt the mixture using a hot water bath.
- 5. Stir the mixture occasionally.
- 6. Let the chocolate mixture cool down slightly.
- 7. Whisk the eggs, sugar, and salt together.
- 8. Stir the cocoa powder into the egg-sugar mixture.
- 9. Fold in the cooled chocolate mixture.
- 10. Line a loaf pan (25 cm long) with plastic wrap.
- 11. Start with a layer of butter cookies.
- 12. Add a layer of chocolate mixture.
- 13. Alternate between cookies and chocolate mixture.
- 14. Finish with a layer of butter cookies.
- 15. Fold the plastic wrap over the cookies.
- 16. Place the pan in the refrigerator overnight.
- 17. Roast the almonds in a small pan.
- 18. Remove the cookie cake from the pan.
- 19. Peel off the plastic wrap.
- 20. Turn the cake out onto a plate.
- 21. Sprinkle the cake with the roasted almonds.
- 22. Warm a large sharp knife under hot water.
- 23. Dry the knife.
- 24. Slice the cake.
