  2. 2. Roughly chop the chocolate.
  3. 3. Place the chocolate and coconut fat into a metal bowl.
  4. 4. Place the bowl over a pot of hot water to create a double boiler.
  5. 5. Melt the mixture over low heat.
  6. 6. Stir the mixture occasionally with a spatula.
  7. 7. Stop stirring when the mixture is completely smooth and liquid.
  8. 8. Let the chocolate mixture cool down briefly.
  9. 9. Take one tablespoon of the chocolate.
  10. 10. Spread the chocolate over the bottom of the pan.
  11. 11. Ensure the bottom is completely covered.
  12. 12. Place a layer of biscuits on the chocolate.
  13. 13. Add a layer of chocolate cream on top.
  14. 14. Repeat the layering until all biscuits and cream are used up.
  15. 15. Try to keep the biscuits whole while doing this.
  16. 16. Press the biscuits firmly into the chocolate mixture repeatedly.
  17. 17. Place the cake in the refrigerator for at least 2 to 3 hours.
  18. 18. It is best to let the cake cool overnight.
