🍰 The Ultimate Cold Dog Cake

Ingredients
- 400 g dark chocolate
- 200 g coconut oil
- 200 g butter cookies
Instructions
- 1. Lightly grease a loaf pan with a little fat if it is not already non-stick.
- 2. Roughly chop the chocolate.
- 3. Place the chocolate and coconut fat into a metal bowl.
- 4. Place the bowl over a pot of hot water to create a double boiler.
- 5. Melt the mixture over low heat.
- 6. Stir the mixture occasionally with a spatula.
- 7. Stop stirring when the mixture is completely smooth and liquid.
- 8. Let the chocolate mixture cool down briefly.
- 9. Take one tablespoon of the chocolate.
- 10. Spread the chocolate over the bottom of the pan.
- 11. Ensure the bottom is completely covered.
- 12. Place a layer of biscuits on the chocolate.
- 13. Add a layer of chocolate cream on top.
- 14. Repeat the layering until all biscuits and cream are used up.
- 15. Try to keep the biscuits whole while doing this.
- 16. Press the biscuits firmly into the chocolate mixture repeatedly.
- 17. Place the cake in the refrigerator for at least 2 to 3 hours.
- 18. It is best to let the cake cool overnight.
- 19. Remove the cake from the pan.
- 20. Cut the cake into slices about 1 cm thick.
- 21. Serve the slices.
