🍰 Classic Cold Dog Cake

Ingredients
- 400 g dark chocolate
- 200 g coconut oil
- 200 g butter cookies
Instructions
- 1. Lightly grease the loaf pan with a little fat.
- 2. Roughly chop the chocolate.
- 3. Place the chocolate pieces and coconut fat into a metal bowl.
- 4. Place the metal bowl into a pot filled with hot water.
- 5. Melt the mixture slowly over low heat.
- 6. Stir the mixture occasionally with a spatula.
- 7. Ensure that everything dissolves evenly.
- 8. Let the chocolate sauce cool down briefly.
- 9. Take one tablespoon of chocolate sauce.
- 10. Pour the sauce onto the bottom of the pan.
- 11. Spread the sauce so that the bottom is completely covered.
- 12. Place a layer of cookies on top of the sauce.
- 13. Add another layer of chocolate sauce on top.
- 14. Repeat the layering process until the cookies and cream are used up.
- 15. Try to keep the cookies as whole as possible during this process.
- 16. Press the cookies down into the sauce repeatedly.
- 17. Place the cake in the refrigerator.
- 18. Let it chill for at least 2 to 3 hours.
- 19. It is best to leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
- 20. Turn the cake out of the pan.
- 21. Cut the cake into slices about 1 cm thick.
- 22. Serve the slices.
