  1. 1. Remove the crusts from the toast bread slices.
  2. 2. Peel the cucumber and cut it in half lengthwise.
  3. 3. Remove the seeds from the cucumber halves and dice the flesh into small cubes.
  4. 4. Peel the onion.
  5. 5. Remove the stems and seeds from the pepper and wash it thoroughly.
  6. 6. Peel the pepper into thin strips using a vegetable peeler.
  7. 7. Cut the peeled pepper into small pieces.
  8. 8. Dice the onion finely as well.
  9. 9. Peel the garlic cloves.
  10. 10. Place all prepared ingredients, except for one garlic clove, into the mixer of the food processor.
  11. 11. Add the pizza tomatoes.
  12. 12. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
  13. 13. Pour in 3 tablespoons of oil while blending.
  14. 14. Pour in the broth as well.
  15. 15. Continue blending until the soup has a creamy consistency.
  16. 16. Season the soup with salt, pepper, and chili powder.
  17. 17. Chill the soup in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  18. 18. Slice the remaining garlic clove into thin slices.
  19. 19. Wash the basil and shake it dry.
  20. 20. Pour the cold soup into 4 glasses.
  21. 21. Garnish the soup with the garlic slices and basil.
  22. 22. Serve the soup immediately.
