  1. 1. Cut the white bread into coarse cubes.
  2. 2. Peel the onion and garlic and chop them into coarse pieces as well.
  3. 3. Thoroughly wash the cucumber and the bell pepper.
  4. 4. Cut the cucumber and bell pepper into two halves: Dice one half finely and cut the other into coarse chunks.
  5. 5. Place the coarse vegetable pieces, onion, garlic, peeled tomatoes, bread cubes, cumin, and vinegar into the blender.
  6. 6. Blend the ingredients in the mixer.
  7. 7. Slowly pour the oil into the mixer while blending.
  8. 8. Season the soup to taste with salt and pepper.
  9. 9. Stir the finely diced vegetable pieces into the soup.
  10. 10. Place the soup in the refrigerator until it is cold.
  11. 11. Serve the cold soup garnished with fresh parsley.
  12. 12. Serve roasted garlic bread as a side dish.
