  5. 5. Wash the bell peppers.
  6. 6. Remove the stem and seeds.
  7. 7. Halve the bell peppers.
  8. 8. Cut one quarter of the pepper into long, thin strips.
  9. 9. Cut the rest of the pepper into 1 to 1.5 cm cubes.
  10. 10. Peel the cucumber.
  11. 11. Cut the cucumber into small cubes.
  12. 12. Peel the onions.
  13. 13. Halve the onions.
  14. 14. Cut the onions into very fine cubes.
  15. 15. Mix all prepared ingredients in a bowl.
  16. 16. Add the vegetable broth.
  17. 17. Add the white wine.
  18. 18. Season the soup with pepper.

  20. 20. Taste the soup and adjust seasoning if needed.
