  2. 2. Cut the melons in half crosswise.
  3. 3. Remove the seeds from the melon halves.
  4. 4. Use a scoop to cut small balls from the flesh.
  5. 5. Carefully separate the remaining flesh from the rind.
  6. 6. Place the separated flesh into a blender.
  7. 7. Add powdered sugar.
  8. 8. Add lemon juice.
  9. 9. Pour in the wine.
  10. 10. Add some ice cubes to the blender.
  11. 11. Blend the mixture into a smooth soup.
  12. 12. Gently fold in the melon balls.
  13. 13. Chill the soup in the refrigerator until cold.
  14. 14. Spoon the cold soup into shallow bowls.
  15. 15. Grate lemon zest over the top.
  16. 16. Serve the soup immediately.
