🍽️ Refreshing cold melon soup

Ingredients
- 1 small honeydew melon
- 1 small Charentais melon
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar (to taste)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 250 ml semi-dry white wine
- lemon zest
- ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Wash the melons thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the melons in half crosswise.
- 3. Remove the seeds from the melon halves.
- 4. Use a scoop to cut small balls from the flesh.
- 5. Carefully separate the remaining flesh from the rind.
- 6. Place the separated flesh into a blender.
- 7. Add powdered sugar.
- 8. Add lemon juice.
- 9. Pour in the wine.
- 10. Add some ice cubes to the blender.
- 11. Blend the mixture into a smooth soup.
- 12. Gently fold in the melon balls.
- 13. Chill the soup in the refrigerator until cold.
- 14. Spoon the cold soup into shallow bowls.
- 15. Grate lemon zest over the top.
- 16. Serve the soup immediately.
