  1. 1. Heat the almond milk in a pot.
  2. 2. Add the stevia leaves to the warm milk and let them steep for about 3 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove the stevia leaves from the milk and discard them.
  4. 4. Thoroughly wash the red currants under running water.
  5. 5. Drain the berries and carefully remove them from the stems.
  6. 6. Take half of the prepared berries and add them to the warm almond milk.
  7. 7. Blend the mixture with a blender or hand blender until it is completely creamy and smooth.
  8. 8. Strain the pureed soup through a fine mesh sieve to remove any seeds or fibers.
  9. 9. Place the soup in the refrigerator until it has cooled down completely.
  10. 10. Take the cold soup out of the refrigerator and add the ice.
  11. 11. Blend the soup briefly until the ice has melted and the consistency is right.
  12. 12. Taste the soup again and sweeten it with a little honey if necessary.
  13. 13. Distribute the remaining fresh red currants onto the plates.
  14. 14. Pour the cold soup over the berries and serve immediately.
