  1. 1. Peel the avocado, cut it in half and remove the pit.
  2. 2. Cut the avocado into small cubes.
  3. 3. Peel the cucumber and cut it lengthwise into two halves.
  4. 4. Scoop out the seeds from the cucumber halves with a spoon.
  5. 5. Cut the deseeded cucumber pieces into cubes as well.
  6. 6. Rinse the coriander under running water.
  7. 7. Shake the coriander dry.
  8. 8. Pluck the fresh coriander leaves from the stems.
  9. 9. Save a few nice leaves for decoration.
  10. 10. Place the avocado cubes, cucumber pieces, roasted peanuts, honey, lime juice, and some ice cubes into the blender.
  11. 11. Pour a small amount of buttermilk into the blender.
  12. 12. Blend the ingredients with the blender until a creamy mixture forms.
  13. 13. Add more buttermilk gradually until the soup reaches the desired consistency.
  14. 14. Season the soup with salt and cayenne pepper to taste.
  15. 15. Pour the cold soup into individual glasses.
  16. 16. Garnish the soup with the reserved coriander leaves.
  17. 17. Sprinkle some paprika powder over the soup.
  18. 18. Serve the soup immediately while cold.
