🍽️ Fresh cold cucumber soup

Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 pinch sugar
- Tabasco
- 1 dash lemon juice
- 200 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 200 ml buttermilk
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp dill (chopped)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the cucumber completely.
- 2. Cut the peeled cucumber into small cubes.
- 3. Set aside a few thin slices of cucumber for decoration.
- 4. Peel the garlic clove.
- 5. Put the cucumber cubes, the garlic, and the yogurt into a blender.
- 6. Blend the ingredients in the blender until a fine, smooth mixture forms.
- 7. Stir the buttermilk into the pureed mixture.
- 8. Season the soup with sugar, Tabasco, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to your taste.
- 9. Distribute the cold soup onto plates.
- 10. Decorate the soup with the reserved cucumber slices as desired.
- 11. Sprinkle fresh dill leaves over the soup.
- 12. Serve the soup immediately.
