  8. 8. Dice the peeled cucumber.

  10. 10. Finely chop the onion.
  11. 11. Rinse the lemon under hot water.
  12. 12. Dry the lemon with a cloth.
  13. 13. Grate the lemon peel to get the zest.
  14. 14. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
