🥤 Refreshing cold duck punch with mint and apricots

Ingredients
- 1 can apricots
- 0.5 bunch peppermint
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 2 bottles dry white wine (well chilled)
- 1 bottle mineral water (well chilled)
Instructions
- 1. Drain the apricots well in a sieve.
- 2. Cut the apricots into small wedges.
- 3. Use a peeler to shave spiral peels from the lemon.
- 4. Shave spiral peels from the orange.
- 5. Squeeze the lemon and remove the pulp.
- 6. Squeeze the orange and remove the pulp.
- 7. Place the apricots, lemon peel, and orange peel into a large punch bowl.
- 8. Pour the white wine over the fruit and peels.
- 9. Place the punch in the refrigerator for about 1 to 2 hours to chill thoroughly.
- 10. Top up the punch with mineral water just before serving.
