🍽️ Grilled Veal and Pineapple Skewers

Ingredients
- 500 g lean veal
- 1 small pineapple
- 60 g pitted green olives
- 2 tbsp oil
- 6 tbsp rum
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the veal into equal-sized cubes.
- 2. Season the meat cubes with salt and pepper.
- 3. Peel the pineapple and slice it.
- 4. Cut the pineapple slices into bite-sized pieces.
- 5. Thread alternating pieces of meat, pineapple, and olives onto four skewers.
- 6. Lightly brush the skewers with oil.
- 7. Place the skewers on the grill for about 8 minutes.
- 8. Turn the skewers several times to ensure even cooking.
- 9. Warm the rum slightly in a small saucepan.
- 10. Remove the cooked skewers from the grill.
- 11. Place the skewers on a pre-warmed serving plate.
- 12. Pour the warm rum over the skewers.
- 13. Ignite the alcohol vapor briefly to flambé the skewers.
